• High Quality Materials
  Our custom shade sails use only the highest quality materials. ASTM-E-84(A), NFPA-701-1999, and California Fire Marshall-13115 fire standard compliant Polytex fabric and 316 stainless steel corner rings. 10 year Fabric UV Warranty. Learn more about PolyTex fabric.
  
  
• Attention to Design and Detail
  The perimeter of each sail is designed with a gentle curve to control the tension of the sail. This detail ensures that when tension is placed on the sail, the fabric remains taut, acreating an aesthetically pleasing feature that eliminates any sagging or flapping in the wind.
  
  
• All Custom Shade Sails are constructed with either nylon webbing material (comparable to a 1 1/2 inch seat belt) in the perimeter. Each corner of the shade sail is reinforced with additional layers of webbing to distribute tension. All stitching is sewn using UV resistant outdoor thread and lock stitching is used throughout the shade sail.
  
  
• Commercial Grade Hardware
  All Custom Shades Sails feature 316 Stainless Steel Hardware Loops for strength, longevity and durability.
  
  
• Versatility
  Our custom shade sails allow up to a 25’ maximum length along each side of our triangular sails and quadrilateral shade sails. Larger sails may be possible but are not generally recommended. Note: Very long and narrow sails should be avoided. The width at any given side should be more than ½ of the longest edge of a shade sail.
